Things of My Soul

Two posts within a week of eachother. Impressive no? Well I just wanted to share something that had a big impact on me. This week at our weekly campus devotional Elder Jeffrey R. Holland spoke. He gave a talk entitled "Remember Lot's Wife" and it was one of the most powerful and memorable talks or devotionals I've ever heard and I wanted to share it with you. He spoke to my soul and I'm know if you take the time to read his talk you'll feel the same way.

I'll say!

I agree that Elder Holland's talk was excellent. I find that many of the fireside topics, as well as many of the programs available on demand from BYU Broadcasting's website, are very good and help me feel the spirit.

Jenny--
Thanks for the link to the talk! I just LOVE Elder Holland! He was Pres. of BYU when Daddy and I were in school. I think Daddy and I have had more than one of those moments on the sidewalk, and thought, "What have we done??? What have we gotten ourselves into??? Should we go back???" But, LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL! What an adventure! Enjoy your days at BYU!!!
Love, Mom

Thanks for sharing. I finally got around to reading it, and it was awesome. I emailed it to a lot of my favorite people.

You're lovely!
