What I Should Have Been Doing

This is where I should be spending my time since the impending doom of finals is upon me. The fabulous Harold B. Lee Library. The semester ends Tuesday and I have 3 papers to write before then. Wish me luck.

HOWEVER.... instead, I've been having much more fun!

A few weekends ago my friend Jamie and I went to the Festival of Colors at the Krishna temple in Spanish Fork. Basically, it's a bunch of BYU students crammed into a small space throwing colored chalk at each other. This is the result.

Last Friday Jamie and I went to Kneaders with our friends Spencer and Brad. We felt it necessary to initiate them into the tradition of all-you-can-eat frenchtoast. So good!

Tomorrow our friend Nicole (on the right) is leaving to go back up to Idaho for school. A bunch of us went to Macaroni Grill for dinner last night. Delicious! Seriously, one of my favorite restaurants. And just an inside note- they have really good whole wheat pasta.

And finally, to end the festivities, Jamie and I went to our friend Jason's intermural bowling championship game. Sadly, they lost. And sadly, watching bowling isn't very exciting. But it was fun to be there and support him in his nerdy activities.

The pinnacle of the I-don't-want-to-write-my-papers festivities is going to be my BFF and roomie Candace's bridal shower on Saturday. It's going to be my first attempt at throwing such a shindig and I'm quite excited. I'll leave you know of how it goes.

I keep hearing such good reports about this, I've just GOT to get down to Kneaders for breakfast next time I'm in town.

Ah, procrastinators remorse. This is what happens when you have been reveling in the "I-don't-want-to-write-my-papers festivities". :)
